Whinny Light by Love Horses is the wither-relief saddle pad designed for the needs of horses with particularly high or prominent withers that do not require lateral shims.
Difference between the classic Whinny and the Whinny Light wither-relief saddle pad
The Whinny Light model was created as a variation of our classic Whinny; it does not have pockets and is therefore without additional side shims.

Thanks to this design, Whinny Light guarantees wither protection during work:
· Anatomical contoured opening:Eliminates pressure on the withers and prevents sores, chafing, or hair loss.
· Breathable materials and 10x10 quilting: The Whinny Light saddle pad features the classic 10x10 cm diamond quilting.
· Absorbent and breathable fabrics:The lining in contact with the horse is made of pre-shrunk waffle cotton (made in Italy), while the inner padding consists of cotton wadding, just like all Love Horses saddle pads.
This combination ensures excellent sweat management and prevents foam formation, as the saddle pad absorbs all the horse's sweat.
How to wash your custom Whinny Light saddle pad
The saddle pad can be machine washed with a standard mild detergent.
Fabric softener can be used, but bleach is strongly discouraged as it damages the fibers. After washing, simply use a gentle spin cycle and air dry.
To best protect the colors, we recommend drying it inside out and avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

The inner waffle cotton fabric is manufactured with processes certified STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®, guaranteeing the absence of harmful chemical substances.
