Smart heating and protection for the horse

Cold and humidity can make the first few minutes of work critical. The Bio-Back bio-ceramic Exercise sheet is designed to promote rapid and even warming of the back, lumbar and gluteal muscles, reducing the risk of stiffness and contractures.

After the warm-up phase, it can be easily removed, except in cases of intense cold when continuous protection is required.

What is the Bio-Back bio-ceramic exercise sheet for horses?

Made from an innovative fabric, the bio-ceramic exercise sheet harnesses the natural ability of bio-ceramics to reflect the horse’s own body heat in the form of far-infrared rays.

This natural process keeps the back warm and prepared for work, promoting muscle activation without the need for external heat sources.

Main advantages of the bio-ceramic exercise sheet

Quick muscle warm-up

Speeds up the preparation of the dorsal, lumbar and rump muscles before training.

Prevention of stiffness and contractures

Reduces the risk of cold-related discomfort and muscular tension.

Flexible use

It can be removed after the warm-up phase in normal cold weather, or kept on in harsher conditions.

Ergonomic design

Shaped to fit the horse’s back, providing comfort and coverage of the dorsal, lumbar and rump areas.

When to use the bio-ceramic exercise sheet

The Bio-Back bio-ceramic exercise sheet is particularly useful during the first minutes of exercise and in cold, damp weather, when muscles take longer to warm up.

In milder conditions, it can be removed once the horse has reached the ideal temperature.

After work: recovery and anti-fatigue action

The Bio-Back is not only useful at the beginning of work.

After training, it helps maintain warmth, prevents sudden changes in temperature and promotes gradual recovery, reducing muscle fatigue and stress.

Adjustment and practicality in the saddle

Its ergonomic cut ensures stability without slipping or restricting movement.

Easy to put on and remove, the Bio-Back guarantees comfort, practicality and freedom of motion for both horse and rider.

Instructions for use and maintenance

  • Choose the right size according to your horse’s back length.

  • Check the fit to ensure it does not interfere with the saddle or shoulders.

  • Washing: machine wash at 30°C like all LoveHorses bio-ceramic products, using the normal spin cycle.

  • Durability: the bio-ceramic properties are not lost after washing; on the contrary, washing removes dust and helps the fabric work even better.
