As a LoveHorses customer, you have the right to cancel an order under Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 as amended and supplemented by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from receipt of that order.
 
You can exercise your right to return goods you purchased by filling in this RETURNS FORM and stating your reason for returning.
 
The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. in the original condition and good state of repair.
We cannot offer replacements or exchanges if you have compromised the condition or quality of the goods, e.g. if the items are dirty, broken or damaged.
We are only able to offer returns on personalised products if the items are faulty.

Once we have checked that the items are intact, LoveHorses will issue a refund for the amount you paid based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
 
Please note that you will have to bear the cost of returning any goods to us.
